WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
We accept debit and credit card, as well as, Apple Pay and Paypal. You can find the payment options in the cart section.
WHAT IS THE PROCESS TIME FOR ORDERS?

- Due Recent Events, please be aware that shipping delays may be experienced. These are just estimates as factors such as weather conditions, customs processing, and public holidays will affect shipping times. 

-5 to 10 days handling

USA: 2-3 weeks but can be up to 4-6 weeks
Canada: 4-6 weeks but can be up to 6-10 weeks
International: 4-8 weeks (up to 2 months) in some *rare occasions it can take up to 4 months. 

 

MY ORDER ARRIVED INCORRECT OR DAMAGED

Oh no! We are so sorry for this inconvenience. If your order arrived incorrect or damaged please send us an email ASAP through our "CONTACT PAGE" about this situation and we will gladly help you through the process of a replacement or refund. 

 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes! We deliver where USPS mail can deliver to. (Check if USPS deliver to your country here) if you would like to know more about the international shipping process please go to our SHIPPING POLICIES.

KEEP IN MIND: WE DO NOT collect VAT. Buyers are responsible for any customs, import taxes and additional fees that may apply upon its arrival. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.

If you do not pay them, your order will be returned to us and we will issue you a refund, less the original shipping cost, plus a handling fee of $5.00 USD.

 

DO YOU MAKE CUSTOM ORDERS?

Unfortunately, we are unable to make custom orders at this moment.  

 

CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE?

Of course you can! You will be provided 2 email notifications. One about your recent order and the second one when your order is ready and your tracking number ONLY if you chose the TRACKED SHIPPING OPTION. If you chose the untracked Shipping option, we are unable to send you a tracking number and track your package. So, please keep this in mind while you're shopping. Refer to SHIPPING POLICIES for more information.

 

CAN I COMBINE DIFFERENT PLACED ORDERS IN ONE?

You can combine them if you notify us in the first hour of your order. However, the excess shipping will not be refunded. So, I advice place everything together in one order so you can save on shipping.

 

MY ORDER HASN'T ARRIVE YET!

Due to recent events worldwide and limited freights, delays are unfortunately common. If your TRACKED package has not move over a month, please send us your inquiry through our CONTACT PAGE so we can try to follow up on the whereabouts of your package. However, it can take up to 20 days to USPS  give us a response. 

If you chose the UNTRACKED SHIPPING we can't do nothing about it. 

 

I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER, CAN YOU GIVE ME A REFUND?

We can not give a refund if the package has not arrive to its destination. We consider a refund if the package is incorrect or damaged. Delays are common in these days so keep in mind about the Time Length that it can take to arrive.

KEEP IN MIND: With untracked shipping, PochiStudio is not responsible for lost or stolen mail. Once the order is marked as shipped, it is out of my control and is the post office's responsibility. We do not refund untracked lost or stolen packages.

WHOLESALE INQUIRY
