REFUND POLICIES

We consider a refund if the package is incorrect or damaged.

We do NOT accept returns, cancellations, exchanges. Additionally, we do NOT replace or refund lost or stolen orders.

Also, We can not give a refund if the package has not arrive to its destination. Delays are common on these days so keep in mind about the Time Length that it can take to arrive.

KEEP IN MIND: With untracked shipping, PochiStudio is not responsible for lost or stolen mail. Once the order is marked as shipped, it is out of my control and is the post office's responsibility. 

However, If there are issues or errors with your order, please email us at support@pochistudios.com or fill out our contact form that you can find on our CONTACT PAGE with your order number, description of the issue, and we may also ask a picture proof (if applicable). This will help us to issue your refund as soon as possible.
