PROCESS TIME FOR ORDERS:

- 5 to 10 days handling

- Due Recent Events, please be aware that you may experience shipping delays of up to 4-6 weeks and International Shipping may experience delays of up to 6 weeks to 2 months. So make sure you are aware of this before purchasing. 

USA: 2-3 weeks
Canada: 4-6 weeks
International: 4-8 weeks (up to 2 months) in some *rare occasions it can take up to 4 months. 

If you choose UNTRACKED SHIPPING, Your order will be sent through regular mail without a tracking number. We do not recommend this option if you would like to track your package. If you choose this option, please double check that your address is correct.

However, If you would like to have a piece of mind about your order, I SUGGEST YOU TO UPGRADE YOUR ORDER WITH A TRACKING NUMBER, so you will know when it will arrive. 

We deliver Domestic & International where USPS mail can deliver to  (Check if USPS delivers to your country here)

KEEP IN MIND: I DO NOT collect VAT. Buyers are responsible for any customs, import taxes and additional fees that may apply upon its arrival to your country. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.

If your order arrived incorrect or damaged please send us an email ASAP through our "CONTACT PAGE" about this situation and we will gladly help you through this process.

Due to recent events worldwide and limited freights, delays are unfortunately common. If your package has not move over a month, please send us your inquiry through our CONTACT PAGE so we can try to follow up on the whereabouts of your package ONLY if your package has a tracking number provided by us. However,  it can take up to 20 days to USPS  give us a response. 
If you chose the UNTRACKED SHIPPING we can't do nothing to tracked it. 

KEEP IN MIND: With untracked shipping, Pochistudios is not responsible for lost or stolen mail. Once the order is marked as shipped, it is out of my control and is the post office's responsibility. We do not refund untracked lost or stolen packages.
